Public organization "TRAINING-HUB "UPGRADE 10.11: CREATIVE WITHOUT LIMITS" is a public association created in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations" with the aim of promoting the development and positive changes in educational activities through innovative educational forms; meeting the needs and interests of children and youth by identifying and developing their talents, supporting creative, intellectual abilities and forming values that will contribute to their successful self-realization and acquisition of demanded competencies; promoting the improvement of the qualifications of teaching staff, which will ensure the enrichment of the intellectual and creative potential of citizens.

The main areas of activity of the organization:
- forming a useful space for self-development and self-improvement in an atmosphere of trust, activating creative thinking and leadership potential of the individual;
- promoting the intellectual and creative development of youth;
- improving the value system of young people, which will contribute to the conscious identification and achievement of goals and the formation of a profile of leadership competencies;
- promoting professional orientation of young people;
- popularization of international pedagogical experience, innovative pedagogical technologies, new methodologies and progressive forms of learning;
- promoting the development of a modern education system through the use of innovative educational forms (training format based on gamification);
- comprehensive assistance in the training and improvement of qualifications of specialists in the field of education, in order to improve the quality of the modern educational process and encourage the possibility of lifelong learning;
- implementation of own programs and projects, participation in joint programs and projects organized by domestic and foreign organizations;
- constructive cooperation with local authorities, public organizations and other counterparties to achieve the goals of the public organization and common interests;
- satisfaction and protection of the legitimate, social and other interests of members of the public organization.
